If the artwork you purchase through our platform doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or isn’t as described, rest assured—we are dedicated to resolving the issue. To ensure your complete satisfaction and security, we hold funds for 14 days after delivery, allowing you time to review your purchase. Whether you prefer a full refund or an alternative solution, we’ll ensure you’re well taken care of during this period. If you choose to return the artwork, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and for ensuring the piece is insured during transit.
For buyers, we are committed to offering quality, legitimate artwork with provenance. If you wish to make an offer below the asking price, we will act as a mediator between you and the seller, helping to negotiate a price that satisfies everyone.

You can purchase artwork directly at the asking price or make an offer to the seller first. When you navigate to the artwork, you have three options: you can 'Buy Now' at the asking price, make an offer, or inquire about the piece. We will pass your offer on to the seller, who will decide whether to accept it. They may also choose to counteroffer, and we’ll act as a liaison during the negotiations. Ultimately, the seller has the final say on whether to accept any offer made.
We aim to deliver your new artwork as quickly as possible. If you've purchased the artwork online and it’s still with the seller, we will arrange for collection and delivery right away. For domestic UK delivery with a specialist courier, you can expect your artwork to arrive within 5 to 14 days.
Yes, shipping is included in the sale price unless the artwork is being shipped internationally. In that case, we will provide you with a shipping quote. We supply the seller with custom packaging designed for the artwork. A courier of our choice will then collect the piece a day or two later and deliver it to you. Please note that we do not cover the cost of insurance during transit; this responsibility lies with the seller.
