Rebecca Ivatts
After attending Oxford and gaining a degree in modern languages, Ivatts then changed course and studied at the Slade School of Art and the Princes Drawing School, renamed the Royal Drawing School in 2014. Here she focused on the body and anatomy which would become the focus of her art. Ivatts then went on to live and study in Madrid for several years taking courses at the San Fernando Arts Academy.
Ivatts is now back in London where she currently has her studio and continues to produce works. She also leads painting and drawing classes both in London and other parts of England. Ivatts works closely with a number of charities, notably those associated with brain functions.
