Fabian Perez’s Proposal X11 is a striking portrayal of intimate connection, typical of his expressive style. A couple shares a quiet moment over glasses of wine — he in a pale suit, she in a dark, elegant dress — their body language suggesting closeness and quiet understanding.
Perez’s signature use of chiaroscuro brings depth and drama, with light catching the wine glasses against a rich, shadowed background. The contrast of reds and blacks adds warmth, drawing the viewer into the scene. His painterly technique, with textured brushstrokes and layered pigments, lends the piece a tactile, almost cinematic quality.
Proposal X11 reflects on love, stillness, and emotional connection. Timeless and evocative, it offers a moment of quiet reflection — a compelling addition to any collection.

Fabian Perez’s artwork is deeply influenced by his unconventional upbringing. Born in Buenos Aires in 1967, he grew up surrounded by the vibrant nightlife of his father’s nightclubs and bordellos. With his artistic mother and roguish father, Perez witnessed the glamour and romance of a world both passionate and secretive. These memories of stylish and fascinating characters now populate his work.
After losing both parents before his twenties, Perez began traveling the world, refining his artistic skills. During this time, he also discovered martial arts, a discipline that shaped the precision and dedication he later applied to his art.
Perez’s career took off in Italy, where his unique style gained recognition and fame. He eventually moved to the US, where his work continues to earn accolades. Now based in Los Angeles, Perez still creates new works and tours to engage with his ever-expanding following.
