Natasha Barnes

Born in 1969, natasha barnes has been creating art since she was very young. she first started to paint at the age of seven, and soon found herself pursuing her passion as it began to define and direct her life.

Narnes initially attained a degree in cordon bleu, and worked as a cookery editor for several years. she eventually brought her love of art and cooking together in a book, “the culinary adventures of a traveling cook”.

Since turning to art full time, barnes has exhibited across the world. she has created numerous artworks for private and corporate clients, including commercial works to be featured on film. she has also created artwork for products such as home décor items and greetings cards. barnes’ original artwork can be found in many collections around the world, both corporate and individual.

Barnes now lives in ballito, south africa, where she finds inspiration in her surroundings and continues to produce artwork regularly. she is considered to be one of the most published artists in south africa.
