Paul Kenton’s Sky Blue River captures urban tranquillity with impressionistic strokes and abstract detail. The cityscape stretches across the canvas, the river reflecting the metropolis above in soft, rhythmic light. Dominated by calming shades of sky blue, balanced with earthy tones of the bridge and skyline, the palette draws the eye across the scene. Kenton’s fluid brushwork conveys both movement and stillness, creating a contemplative balance between nature and the man-made. A striking piece that invites quiet reflection amidst the energy of city life.
